What is the cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before check-in without any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night's stay.
Are children and pets allowed?
Yes, children are welcome at Family House Retreat! However, we ask that you adhere to our policy of a maximum of 6 guests in the flat. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests.
